Welcome to my heart's palette. I paint what I love to see. I love my family, and my children, but since I am not a portrait painter, usually what I see is what is around me when I am with my family: either in our home on beautiful Daniel Island or on staycations around Charleston, SC, or vacations that I have been fortunate enough to take around the world.

I am an oil painter, I paint both en plein air as well as in my studio. I paint for fun and I do commissioned work. I donate paintings to Lowcountry charities. This website is a means to journal my journey of learning and to remember the art that now has a home outside of mine.
